Office Administrator
Job Description The Office Admin supports the office administration and project coordination aspects of the company by enabling people with proactive and thoughtful organization and execution of assigned initiatives and tasks. This role is focused on helping to maximize the office personals time to focus on their priorities and minimize their time dealing with office administrative related responsibilities. This role reports to the Operations Manager and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Include: Maintain & manage IT support for office Maintain a clean office environment (reception, offices, conference room, supply room, breakroom, etc.) Keep snack and drink items stocked Runner for pickup of local items FedEx ordering and drop offs Maintenance of office equipment (printer/copier/server/router) Answer, screen, and direct calls accordingly Draft correspondence/reports/other documents Support the Principal, Director of Operations, project managers, and superintendents Plan and coordinate annual company meeting for both Austin & Dallas, Christmas Party & team building events Schedule required OSHA training for employees Maintain required OSHA posters and first aid items for each job site Maintain PPE for all employees at the Austin location We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
