Primary Purpose
Administrative support for multiple locations including Shorewood, Belvidere, Joliet, Elk Grove Village, Chicago Heights, Geneseo and Volo, Illinois Timesheet review for employees at 7 locations, including tracking of holidays, vacation, short term disability, and other employee records Invoice preparation and entry into company accounting system Contract preparation and administration, issuing of work directives, and verifying proper insurance certificates Inventory management for 3 locations including issuing, transferring, and auditing stock parts. (Engine, Compressor, Pipe, Fittings, etc.) Ordering, receiving, tracking, and returning materials Assist the Operations Manager in preparing, tracking, and managing the operation and capital budgets. Pay range: $24.52 - $34.13 per hour. Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
