Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am-5 pm; Tuesday and Thursday: 10 am-6:30 pm

Earn $19.33/hour

Position Details

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining consumer accounts and financial records, and supporting internal coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and organized environment for consumers, visitors, and staff. Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information. Retrieve and compile data from industry-specific software and Microsoft Office tools. Prepare and distribute reports with basic data analysis (e.g., identifying outliers or missing data). Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate internal and external information flow. Support project and departmental coordination efforts. Serve as a resource for administrative policies and procedures. Assist with on-boarding and recruiting support as needed.
