We are hiring for an Office Administrator at our Bulkley Valley location in Smithers, BC.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and the successful applicant must have open availability.
You will be responsible for:
Taking customers orders over the telephone.
Document filing.
Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
Maintaining a clean work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
You have:
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A Passion for great food and outstanding service.
A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
Retail, customer service experience (considered an asset).
