OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
C.A.P. Government, Inc. is currently looking for an Office Administrator to work out of our Coral Gables, Florida office. This position involves providing a full-range of administrative and office management support. The firm always has a variety of projects to handle in an array of disciplines, which keeps the work fast paced and ever changing. This position will be exposed to business issues, special projects, and general office administration. The administrator will work closely with the management team to manage various special projects.
Tasks would vary between departments but duties typically include filing and retrieving information and documents, data entry, photocopying documents, and dealing with outside visitors. The ideal candidate is expected to possess a strong command of the English language, not limited to spelling, composition, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative clerical function to include; answering phone calls and providing information to visitors and clients. Responsible for some calendar management requiring interaction with managers and assistants to coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. This also includes handling logistics for meeting location(s) and attendees. Provide assistance with administrative tasks to key members of the management team Assist with any operational projects as needed Provide backup support for sales/marketing administration and special projects Receive and sort mail and deliveries Must love working in a fast paced environment Must be willing to go above and beyond the call of what is assigned Ability to work collaboratively
Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, communications, or English is a PLUS. Minimum of 3 years administrative experience supporting mid-level management MUST be flexible and have a willingness to work after hours, as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Strong organizational skills within an office environment Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing workflow to meet frequent deadlines Excellent time management skills and understanding of project deadlines Proficiency in Spanish is highly DESIRED, but not required for the right individual
