We are seeking an Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for our local client's frequent needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly while providing high-quality administrative support to management and staff. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Act as a liaison between teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and workflow efficiency. Develop and implement office policies and processes to enhance productivity. Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards. Provide high-level administrative support to executives and assist with special projects as needed. Organize travel arrangements, expense reporting, and employee onboarding logistics. Foster a positive and professional office environment that supports collaboration and creativity. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration or a similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail and comfort with working independently. Positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Experience in handling confidential information professionally is a plus.
