Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a talented Office & Compliance Program Administrator to be located in Los Angeles or Ontario, CA.
Seeking a motivated individual to provide full-time onsite project and administrative support in Pomona, CA for a major railroad client, managing their compliance with Federal requirements related employee training and qualifications, drug testing, record-keeping, reporting and other duties. Candidate must be comfortable and adept in the use of technology as the role would role would operate within the client’s information technology department and would involve the use of software for electronic record-keeping. Other key responsibilities may include contracts and procurement support, task management and progress reporting, schedule and budget tracking, etc.

BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in office administration, document control, contract administration, compliance, Requirements management, IT, training, or a related field.2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in transportation or a regulated industry.Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.Familiarity with compliance tracking software or systems (e.g., railroad safety databases, ERP systems).Knowledge of regulatory environments (FRA) or strong aptitude to learn.Experience coordinating with external vendors or support teams.Project coordination or task management experience.Additional InformationSponsorship is not available for this position.
