Job Title: Office Admin / front of house

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-focused person to help run our office smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, helping with everything from greeting guests to keeping the office stocked and tidy.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and manage the front deskMake sure visitors are comfortable and offered drinksAnswer phones and handle basic inquiriesKeep the reception, kitchen, and pantry clean and well-stockedOrder groceries and breakfast suppliesWork with vendors for catering, cleaning, and other servicesHelp set up for internal eventsManage meeting room bookings and make sure AV is workingHandle mail, deliveries, and couriersOrder office supplies and keep track of inventoryHelp with basic admin tasks and data entrySupport office communication (like signs and updates)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in admin or front-desk roles (office or hospitality is a plus)Great customer service and a friendly attitudeStrong communication skills (spoken and written)Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and SlackOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskProactive and flexible in a fast-moving environment

Please note this is a Full time role, you will be need able to commit to 12month at least, Mon to Fri 9am to 530, £15ph, starting soon as possible.
