Key Responsibilities:End-User & Helpdesk Support
Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner. Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Deliver onboarding/offboarding support including account setup, hardware provisioning, and access control. Assist users with mobile device management, remote access (VPN), and MFA setup. Educate users on IT best practices, security awareness, and productivity tools.Office 365 Administration
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePointOnline, and OneDrive.
Administer user accounts, licenses, security groups, and distribution lists. Configure and monitor security features such as MFA, conditional access policies, and DLP. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, Teams collaboration, and SharePoint permissions. Support Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment. Assist in Office 365 migrations, integrations, and updates.Systems & Networking Support
Perform Active Directory and Azure AD administration, including group policy and SSO integrations. Update and maintain DNS/DHCP records and provide basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, VPN, firewalls). Support patch management, system updates, and application installations. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate records in the asset management system.Documentation & Process Improvement
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and IT process guides. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, emerging IT tools, and security practices.
