Offering Mgmt Specialist II
**_In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs._** As an Offering Management Specialist II – Stationary Korea here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of strategies for the stationary refrigerant business in Korea. You will collaborate with various teams to drive revenue and gross profit for both existing and new products, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands and customer needs. You will report directly to our General Manager of Regional LOB, and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our stationary refrigerant business by leading cross-functional initiatives, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, ultimately contributing to Honeywell's sustainability goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop mid- and long-term strategies for the Korea stationary business in conjunction with global and APAC teams. + Collect new product needs and develop business cases to present to the APAC/Global team. + Lead new offering management initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Support new product adoption in key Korean OEMs' global business development, such as LG A/C and Samsung A/C. + Drive new OEMs and application development, including industrial heat pumps and data center + E-cooling business. + Conduct periodic Voice of Customer (VOC) sessions with OEMs and channel partners. + Perform market research and analyze the competitive landscape for the local refrigerant market to identify potential risks and opportunities. + Communicate effectively with associations and government entities. + Assist Customer Marketing in managing local trade shows and media, including PR/GR activities and arranging speaking sessions for HFO solution promotion. + Maintain close relationships with key distributor partners and customers. + Collaborate closely with the technical service and technology teams. + Complete daily tasks assigned by the manager. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Thermal and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, or HVAC Engineering. + Minimum of 4+ years of experience in product management or sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in related industries. + Proficient in spoken and written English. + Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. **WE VALUE** + Experience in market research, data collection, and analysis. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
