The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. The Offboarding Analyst is responsible for executing employee offboarding and related HR lifecycle tasks within Workday and other connected HR systems. Operating within a project-based environment, this role provides dedicated support to global initiatives requiring high levels of accuracy, coordination, and compliance. This position ensures a smooth and professional offboarding experience for employees, managers, and HR partners by delivering consistent, high-quality GS HR services throughout the project duration. The specialist upholds all defined HR processes, policies, and legal requirements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across GS, business units, and external partners. Overall, this role contributes to the successful delivery of global project objectives by ensuring that all offboarding actions are completed efficiently, proactively, and in full alignment with established standards. Case Management and daily operations · Receive, assign, update, classify, and process project-related cases within the case management system across one or more america HR offboarding processes. · Identify case challenges, risks, or bottlenecks within the project scope and escalate to the project lead or supervisor when needed. · Ensure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of all offboarding-related project transactions and documentation. · Maintain and update the knowledge management system with project-specific documents, process changes, and guidance. · Proactively monitor open project cases to ensure timely actions aligned with project deadlines, quality standards, and milestone requirements. · Deliver consistently against project-defined SLAs and performance metrics. · Ensure full policy, procedural, and legal compliance across all project offboarding activities. Support users/customers in effectively using HR self-service tools and resources to enable efficient resolution of project-related cases. · Participate in daily project huddles and follow priority instructions from the project supervisor or manager. Project Co-ordination · Serve as the AMERICA Offboarding single point of contact (SPOC) between the project team and the AMERICA offboarding operations. · Coordinate communication, updates, and requirements between project stakeholders and AMERICA Offboarding team. · Join project meetings and workstream calls to stay aligned with timelines, changes, and deliverables. · Translate project requirements into actionable offboarding tasks and ensure timely execution. · Track progress of offboarding activities and flag delays, risks, or capacity issues. · Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates. · Provide operational input to the project team and relay feedback from HR operations to aid decision-making. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of all offboarding-related project tasks.
