Job Description:
 

Join Pernod Ricard Türkiye as a Off Trade Sales Supervisor, where you will lead and guide distributor field teams to achieve commercial goals in the Traditional Channel. You will be responsible for implementing field execution standards, managing regional operations, and building strong customer relationships to drive sustainable growth in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Achieve regional sales targets (volume, turnover, collection, etc.) through effective distributor management and market execution. Lead and supervise day-to-day distributor field operations including order taking, delivery coordination, and stock control. Ensure perfect implementation of commercial marketing actions and visibility standards at point of sale. Build strong customer relationships with Traditional Channel clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth. Identify opportunities for regional expansion and performance improvement through data-driven insights. Monitor competitor activities and channel dynamics, taking proactive actions to secure Pernod Ricard’s market position. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing and Finance to align regional strategies. Lead, coach, and motivate distributor field teams, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and alignment with Pernod Ricard values. Represent Pernod Ricard’s brand portfolio with excellence in the field, ensuring brand presence and consumer availability across relevant touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar fields preferred)

Professional Expertise:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Traditional Channel retail operations
• Field sales experience in managing distributor or dealer networks
• Knowledge of HoReCa and wholesale channels is a plus

Experience:
• 3–5 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in the FMCG sector, preferably in field sales roles

Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Proven ability in customer relationship management and sales execution
• Experience in coaching and managing field teams (direct or indirect)
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and trends
