Job Description

Become a member of our diverse Logistics Planning & Fulfillment team responsible for North America which is located in USA, Mexico, Serbia & Brazil. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge while working in a multi-cultural environment.

Ensure operational excellence of cross-functional organization in serving OES customers by establishing standardized logistics practices, training “scrum” team members in application of standardized practices and solving reoccurring logistics failures hindering the Mobility Aftermarket Division in North America in serving their OES customers.

The position will report directly to the director of logistics planning & fulfillment (MA/LOP-NA).

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely departments within the supply chain to understand common logistics process weaknesses in serving OES customers.Lead in regular “scrum” meetings established for focus customersEstablish new "scrum" teams in case new focus customers will be addedCoordinate common approach for portfolio alignment (source to customer) for all major OES customers.Support Customer Service and Sales in establishing logistics agreements with major OES customers.Coordination tasks of the implemented/execution of S&OP with OES Sales, Product Managers and PlantsOversee the preparation of monthly reports including OES customer specific service level failures and their root cause.Ensure corrective actions; supporting escalation prioritization with inventory planners and customer service organization.Present overall condition of OES supply chain to senior management and coordinate required resources to implement corrective actions. Preparing and delivering management presentations.Process Owner for OES Portfolio Dashboard: define and maintain business logic and alerts and coordinate implementing of requirements from BU, SLC, Sales and LOP with data development team and ensure that new end-user requirements & feedback, regular training is provided and drive continuous improvement of the toolAct as interface for OES customer specific projects and requests into the LOP-NA organization

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

BS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related field3+ years Supply Chain experience and logistics functions such as  production planning, or distribution planning in an automotive or consumer products business with emphasis on cross-functional alignments and end-to-end process designExcellent communication skills (cross-functional and towards different hierarchy levels)Thinking in processes and driving continuous improvement (CIP)Strong analytical skillsDetail and multi-task orientedAbility to drive projects through robust leadership and communication in complex organizational structure.Experience in process automation and data automation is a plusSAP/APO previous experience is a plus

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-110,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
