About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the sales and operations process—accurately entering orders, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. While you’ll interact with customers occasionally, this position is primarily focused on data accuracy and order processing, not high-volume phone support.
Responsibilities
+ Enter and process customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system
+ Collaborate with sales and operations teams to confirm product details and timelines
+ Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on order status
+ Communicate with customers primarily via email; limited phone calls (5–15 per day)
+ Provide administrative support as needed to keep workflows efficient
Must-Have Skills
+ Order Entry & Data Accuracy – Strong attention to detail in ERP systems
+ Customer service or sales support experience (3+ years)
+ Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office
+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
