Job Description: Why the Role Is Important: NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. Client contributions: + Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative. + Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. + Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients. + Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities. + Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates. + Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach. + Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey. Required Qualifications: + You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. + You have 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience. + You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach. + You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification. Preferred Skills: + You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations. + You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. + You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success. + You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
