As **Organizational Change Management Consultant** , you will help make change easier for clients. Using your OCM experience and knowledge, you will execute comprehensive and customized change strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Using best practice OCM methodologies, you will manage change readiness, help to identify and address risks, and manage resistance. You will have access to NTT DATA's training program to sharpen your skills, maintain your credentials and broaden your knowledge set. **Once You Are Here, You Will:** + Identify stakeholders affected by change, determine the impact of the change and develop plans to support the transition to future state + Identify risks and participate in creating mitigation plans + Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans to ensure adoption of the change and minimize resistance + Monitor readiness and measure effectiveness of change activities + Identify areas of improvements on Center of Excellence, OCM Team, OCM deliverables, and processes and techniques. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience + 5 years of experience supporting change initiatives using best-practice OCM methodologies + Experience creating communication, engagement and training plans and managing change activities that meet specific client needs + Effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills + Project management experience + Prosci Change Management or equivalent OCM certification **Preferred Skills** **_:_** + 5+ years of experience in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery + Background in technology implementations, system upgrades + Experience working in a project management structure, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management + Impressive communication skills. You can skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. + Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise training materials is a plus **Ideal Mindset:** + Relationship-driven.
