Location: Muscat, Oman - FULL ONSITE

We are preparing for an exciting transformation initiative in Muscat, Oman, and are seeking experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants to join our team onsite. If you are passionate about driving change, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful training, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute change management strategies and plans across the organization. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to frontline staff. Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences. Provide hands-on support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Demonstrate ownership and accountability in delivering project outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in delivering OCM initiatives in complex environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Practical, results-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and build trust across teams. Language Requirements Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of Omani Arabic dialect is a strong advantage.
