Job Description
Our client is replacing their current electronic invoicing/bill presentment application with a new payment processing solution. The OCM Analyst will drive awareness, capability, and adoption across key stakeholder groups, partnering with project and business leaders to ensure a smooth transition and measurable user readiness.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build targeted Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans that leverage multiple channels (e.g., meetings, demos, emails, FAQs) to communicate benefits, timelines, and what to expect.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis for impacted applications to determine “who” and “how many,” including key leaders and user segments.
• Assess change impacts, identify areas of resistance, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Craft clear, effective communications and engagement materials tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develop training resources and job aids for new functionality; coordinate with SMEs to deliver just in time learning.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment and visible sponsorship throughout the rollout.
• Design and execute readiness assessments and adoption pulse checks; analyze results and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor adoption, surface gaps, and drive additional support/communication/training as needed.
• Support post go live hypercare with accessible channels for questions and ongoing reinforcement activities.

Skills and Requirements
• Change Management background
• 3-5 years experience in either Change Management/light training
• Self-starter, picks up information quickly and proficiently
• High level of proficiency in core OCM activities:
o Targeted OCM Plans – ability to participate in meetings with the core team as well as participate in meetings with stakeholder groups to develop targeted/multi-vehicle communication and engagement plans
o Understanding stakeholders – developing a stakeholder analysis of each application to understand the “who”/how many
o Assess Change Impacts – level of change, how to address, understand areas of resistance
o Strong Communicator/ability to develop clear, effective communication
o Provide guidance and expertise in resources/job aids/training
o Ability to work with all levels of employees – understand the criticality of Leadership Alignment
o Experience building Readiness Assessments – ensuring users are ready for the change
o Work with the project team to gauge adoption – uncover areas of additional support/communication/training
• Training/Learning Experience:
o Ability to develop job-aids and resources for targeted stakeholder groups on new functionality
