We are looking for a number of LGV Class 1 Drivers to support our operations based out of South Ockendon, Thurrock, Essex. All shifts operate on a 5-days-over-7 pattern, including weekends, with afternoon shift start times between 12:00 and 16:00, totaling 42 hours per week.

Salary c£41,500 - c£44,500 per annum (inc premiums, London weighting, bonus) & dependent on actual start times, rota and premium hours worked*

We also pay additional premium rates of weekly overtime x1.3 and rest day working of x1.5

We are looking for Class 1 C+E license holders with a CPC card and minimum of 1 year HGV driving experience and a maximum of 6 points on license and no penalty points or convictions

You’ll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our 3rd parties and stores in the UK. Our Drivers should demonstrate a ‘Safety First’, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues.

Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.

* Basic salary - £17.36 per hour

Weekend rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00)

Saturday: £19.25ph, Sunday: £21.80ph

Night rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)

Friday Night rate: £21.80ph, Saturday Night rate: £24.80ph, Sunday - Thursday Night rate: £19.25ph
