Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to further develop our Ocean Import product in the marketplace. This role focuses on Operations, Finance, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture—ensuring growth, compliance, and excellence in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all customer SOPs are followed as per DLSOP and support day-to-day operations.Lead huddles and monthly meetings to review market intelligence and delegate workloads.Take an active role in transitioning new business or updates into existing operations.Drive revenue growth in line with budget targets and management expectations.Support compliance efforts and coordinate training initiatives for the team.Review and streamline department processes, continuously seeking efficiency improvements.Identify and implement new system/process enhancements to strengthen operations.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).Assist the Manager with Employee Performance Evaluations (EPEs) and staff development plans.Support goal setting, monitoring, and career development for key staff members.Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Systems to ensure alignment.Contribute to a strong team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and growth.

 

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For:

University degree or equivalent business qualifications.5+ years of Expeditors or industry experience with Jordanian market.Strong skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving.Proven ability to build teams, coach for development, and manage meetings effectively.Customer-focused with strong communication and English proficiency.Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.Solid knowledge of the global logistics industry.
