Log & prepare files for importReceive documentsTimely and accurate shipment processingTimely data entryVendor RelationsAccurate and Timely BillingSelf-DevelopmentUnderstand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivityOverseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Escalation of problems to Management when necessary

Qualifications

College graduate or above preferred.6 months experience in Ocean ImportEffective interpersonal skills.Effective listening and communication skills (both written and verbal)Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Attention to DetailFluent in Portuguese (required) and English
