Position: Ocean Freight Import Team Leader

Location:      at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

Handle daily operation include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all time, and Billing Process.Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.Prompt action and response to customer and DGF network to support daily operation and problem solving.Be responsible for training of staff and handling all customers’ complaints.To be able to negotiate claims with customers.Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.To prepare reports on the performance of Ocean Freight Import department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins.

Qualification: -

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.At least 5-8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business.Strong in OFR Import from Freight Forwarding Industry.Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint ).Good communicate both of spoken and written English.Strong Leadership skills.
