Position: Ocean Freight Export Supervisor (IWS)

Location:      at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

Manages the performance of a team.

Processes handle and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.

Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.

Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.

Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.

Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.

Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.

Be role of Contract Manager for project Covestro

Monitor overview operation process based on service agreement with Covestro (All modes)

Coordinates with operation team for getting performance report in order to do the monthly KPI review with Covestro

Handles escalations. Case service failure investigate case, provide the corrective and preventive action to Covestro

Engages the operation team to identifies the improvement area and process

Qualification: -

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field. At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields. Strong knowledge of OFR Export. Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills. Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management. Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of both spoken and written English. Leadership skills.
