Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Ocean Export Files and reportingEnsure documents are timely sent and shipping notices communicated to overseas and customersEnsure accurate and timely client and vendors billingInteract with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer services standards.Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulationsUnderstand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivityEnsure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPsOverseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Escalation of problems to Management when necessaryQualificationsUniversity graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year in freight forwarding business.Good communication in English and VietnamesePro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)typing skills and computer literacyReporting Structure
