Job Title: Occupational Therapist (School-Based) Location: Santa Maria, CA Start Date: ASAP Hours per Week: 40 Schedule: Weekdays Pay Rate: + Local Pay Rate: $75 + Travel Package: $3,419/week Position Overview The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating students, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering therapy services, and documenting progress in accordance with each student’s plan of care. This role plays a critical part in supporting students’ functional and academic success. Key Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive student evaluations. + Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual needs. + Provide direct therapy services in a school setting. + Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress. + Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals. Minimum Requirements + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. + One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred. + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
