Job Title: Occupational Therapist (School-Based) Location: Oxnard, California Start Date: May 4, 2026 Assignment Length: Remainder of the School Year + ESY Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Oxnard, CA. The OT will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, and document progress in alignment with each student’s educational and functional goals. This position plays a key role in supporting student success within the school environment. There is potential for extension into the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive student evaluations. + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student needs. + Provide direct therapy services in accordance with care plans and physician directives. + Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress. + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student outcomes. Minimum Requirements + Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California. + At least one year of professional OT experience preferred. + Compliance with all professional and state practice standards. + Current CPR certification (if required). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (per guidelines). + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
