We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary outpatient setting. NBCOT certification as an OTR is required for employment at Mayo Clinic (both upon hiring and ongoing certification every 3 years). **Additional Qualifications** + Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred) + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Passion for providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of children and families + Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving. + Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field. + Also prefer active participation within professional organization. **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $76,731.20 - $115,003.20 / year **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** Typical outpatient clinic hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. **Weekend Schedule** This position includes weekend coverage in our hospital practice roughly every fourth weekend.
