Duties

Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, and implements treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy servicesEnsures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activitiesServes as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and selfParticipates in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipmentPerforms other professional duties associated with the care of the patient Qualifications

 Minimum Qualifications

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.Minimum 2 years acute care or Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required.Certified BLS from the American Heart Association is required.  Additional Data
