Occupational Therapist (OT) - Chula Vista, CA Location: Chula Vista, CA Schedule: 35–40 hours per week Pay Rate: $65 per hour Duration: Remainder of the 2025–2026 year (with possibility of extension) Start Date: ASAP Position Overview Amergis is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluations, direct therapy services, and documentation in accordance with individualized plans of care. This full-time assignment runs through the end of the current year, with the potential for continuation into the next term. Key Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ functional, developmental, and therapeutic needs + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans + Provide direct Occupational Therapy services + Maintain detailed documentation of therapy activities, goals, and progress + Collaborate with caregivers, staff, and other service providers as appropriate + Uphold all professional and regulatory standards Minimum Requirements + Current and active California Occupational Therapist License + One (1) year of professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred + Compliance with recognized OT standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable) + Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulations) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Additional Details + Full-time hours + One (1) opening available + Not exclusive to Amergis Interested in Applying?
