Salary range: $75,920 - $103,105.60

ResponsibilitiesLooking for Full Time occupational therapist to work as part of the rehab team in our Outpatient Day Neuro Program. This is a full time position at the Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lakeway, Texas. This program serves the brain and spinal cord injury population on an outpatient basis working with TBI, NTBI, post stroke, and SCI patients. Therapists are responsible for patient initial evaluations including goals and plan of care, treatment progressions, weekly status notes, and discharge assessments. Duties to also include participation in team conferences, family conferences, education groups, and other duties as assigned. The OT will work closely with PT, ST, and RT to provide a neurologically focused treatment. Neurological experience preferred.
Our hospital is located in Lakeway, Texas in the scenic hill country, a suburb of Austin.
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.
