Salary Range (Depending on Years of Experience) $75,920.00 - $103,105.60

Responsibilities

 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 8-10 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational TherapyCurrent State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practiceHand Therapy CertificationCardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification requiredAbility to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients Additional Data
