Pay: $50–$55 per hour

Schedule: 7:45 AM–2:45 PM
Break: 30-minute unpaid

Position Overview
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a high-needs K–12 and transition-age (18–22) caseload. The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with each individual’s plan of care.
This is an in-person contract role beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the year.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Provide direct therapy services to individuals from K–12 through transition-age young adults (18–22).
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff.
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
+ Participate in meetings related to service planning and progress.
+ Adhere to all professional standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
+ Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Illinois.
+ One (1) year of prior Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
+ Compliance with all relevant professional practice standards.
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable.
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
