Occupational Therapist (OT) – $80–$85/hr – Full-Time | Roseville, CA Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week Pay: $80–$85 per hour Contract Length: ASAP start through end of the school year Location: Roseville, CA About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services across multiple elementary-level sites. This role focuses on student evaluations, treatment planning, supervision of COTAs, and direct/consultative services. Ideal for OTs who enjoy collaboration, independence, and meaningful impact in education settings. Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive student evaluations. + Develop and implement individualized plans of care. + Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services. + Supervise on-site Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). + Complete accurate, timely documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with school teams, families, and support staff to promote student success. + Maintain adherence to all OT professional standards and ethical guidelines. Minimum Qualifications + Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. + 1+ year of OT experience preferred (school-based experience is a plus). + Current CPR certification, if required. + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as required. + Current Health Certificate, if applicable. + Meets all federal, state, and local employment requirements. + Must be 18 years of age or older.
