Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment & Patient Care
Implement personalized treatment plans and adapt as neededSelect therapeutic activities to help patients meet functional goalsEducate and train patients and families throughout the care processProvide clear discharge plans, referrals, and community resourcesServe as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, and familiesAssessment & Planning
Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment goalsSet realistic, patient-centered goals for therapy and dischargeEngage patients and families in care planningDocumentation
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation per guidelinesComplete evaluations, daily notes, family education, and discharge paperworkProfessional Conduct & Collaboration

Perform additional responsibilities as assignedAdhere to all Wellstar Health System policies, standards, and code of conductRequired EducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.Licenses & Certifications
Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA required.Required Skills
