This position is primarily based at our Waltham location, with one day per week at our upcoming Needham clinic beginning January 2026. (free parking at both!) Key Responsibilities: + Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols. + Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses + Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals + Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs + Instructing and educating patients/families + Arranging follow-up services as needed Minimum Qualifications Education: + Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy Experience: + Minimum of 3 years of licensed OT experience required + Previous Pediatric OT experience highly preferred Licensure/Certifications: + Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus!
