Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) for our outpatient orthopedic center in the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Courtyard. You’ll treat a diverse patient population and be part of a supportive, community‑focused clinic team. Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

 

Compensation:

Salary Range starting at: $80,000.00 up to $110,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)$5,000 Sign On BonusRelocation Assistance Available

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapyCPR certificationValid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedicMinimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred Additional Data
