**Overview** **Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy Specialist** **Location:** 1499 6th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, flexible hours **Salary:** Starting at $72,000+/year, based on experience **Incentives:** + $10,000 sign-on bonus + Student loan assistance: $350/month indefinitely We are seeking a **full-time Occupational Therapist** with a focus in **Hand Therapy** for our outpatient orthopedic center in Winter Haven, FL. **Who Should Apply:** + Newly licensed OTs with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy + OTs with 1+ year of current hand therapy experience + Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) – preferred but not required **Caseload Includes:** + Tendon injuries + Sprains and strains + Post-operative fractures + Splinting experience preferred **What We Offer:** + Fully equipped facility for post-surgical, non-operative, and work conditioning patients + Collaboration with experienced hand surgeons + Access to a growing national Hand Therapy program + Mentorship available for CHT preparation **Responsibilities** + Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. + Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. + Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
