This is an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility that offers PT, OT, and SLP services for children ages birth to 13 years of age focusing on improving independence and increasing participation in everyday life. Opportunities in this setting include services in the outpatient setting, NICU, and school systems. There is a large team of therapists at this facility with many opportunities to learn from colleagues. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but is not required.
• Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in occupational therapy, or if foreign trained, graduation from an occupational therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred. Requires current license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
