Responsibilities Assisting the Occupational Therapist in the implementation of treatment interventionAdminister therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients; strength, mobility and function.Providing training to individuals and any others involved in their rehabilitation, and documenting results of the training

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Supporting individuals' plan of treatment by documenting and reporting status changes to the multi-disciplinary team members as appropriateOther duties as assigned Qualifications Degree from a certified occupational therapy assistant training programCurrent Occupational Therapist Assistant certification in state of practiceCurrent Live CPR CertificationTwo-step TB skin test requiredProof of Auto InsuranceKnowledge of evidence based therapy interventions

Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health
