More About the Role

We’re redefining what occupational therapy looks like in neuro rehab.

This unique Occupational Therapist / Clinical Coordinator position combines meaningful, one-on-one neuro rehabilitation with the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to the team.

You’ll work directly with individuals recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson’s disease, and more, helping them regain independence with daily activities, cognitive and executive functioning, community reintegration, home management, return to work, and the routines that matter most to their lives.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll also take on additional leadership responsibilities—supporting clinical team members, helping promote quality patient care, and serving as a clinical resource for the team.

Instead of simply practicing skills in a clinic, you may help someone cook in their own kitchen, navigate a grocery store, return to work, manage their daily routine, or safely participate in their community again.

If you love neuro rehab but are also ready to step into greater clinical leadership and make an impact on both patients and your team, this could be a great next step in your career.
