Caseload: Travel to multiple buildings within the co-op, supportingstudents with a wide range of disabilities including cognitive delays, autism,and physical disabilities. Caseload ranges from 900–1150 minutes per week;number of students depends on those receiving direct services.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Schedule: 8:10 AM – 2:10 PM (unpaid break)
Local Pay Rate: $60/HR

About the Role
Amergis is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist(OT) to provide therapy services for students in grades K–8 across multipleschool buildings. This role involves delivering individualized therapy plansand collaborating with educators to support students’ functional and academicsuccess.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
+ Travel between school buildings to provide OT services
+ Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
+ Deliver therapy services in accordance with physician orders
+ Document therapy sessions and progress accurately
+ Collaborate with educators, families, and program staff
Minimum Requirements
+ Current Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
+ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
+ One (1) year of prior school-based OT experience preferred
+ Current CPR (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
