Occupational Therapist
This is a PRN role.
The rate is $46/hr.
As our Occupational Therapist at St. Luke's Health - Vintage Hospital, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you will
screen, evaluate and provide therapeutic intervention for individuals identified with disabilities that interfere with their ability to perform daily life activities.
Evaluates, plans and Implements occupational therapy treatment programs according to physician referral, and/or plan of care. Designs programs to meet the patient’s physical, psychological, and age specific needs; Performs evaluations, tests, and measurements of functional status, neuromuscular, musculo‐skeletal, cognitive/perceptual, and sensory /psychological FunctionsWorks collaboratively with all members of the interdisciplinary team, other departments and disciplines to assure patients and customer’s needs are met in a timely manner; encourages the active participation of the patient and/or family in goal setting and patient/family training/educationCoordinates care of patients with other departmental and hospital activities in a manner that fosters a positive professional image consistent with the departmental and hospital goals and mission statement. This includes, but is not limited to, discharge planning, participation in care conferences, interdisciplinary rounds, collaborative practice groups, the student program and community endeavorsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree ‐ Occupational TherapyNo previous experience required.State Licensure in Occupational Therapy required (NBCOT)Americian Heart Association BLS certification
