Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an OT at TMC, you’ll guide patients toward greater independence—helping them regain essential life skills through evidence-based, individualized care.
Key responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plansDeliver therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and functional mobilityEducate patients and caregivers on techniques for continued successCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomesTrack and document patient progress for continued care planning

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive OT license in the state of practiceA collaborative spirit and passion for patient-centered care
