Occupational Therapist (K–8) Location: Crestwood, IL Start Date: ASAP – End of School Year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:10 AM – 2:10 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Duration: 20 weeks Pay Rate: $60 per hour Position Overview The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with individualized plans of care. This role supports students in grades K–8 with a wide range of needs, including cognitive delays, autism, and physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities + Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans. + Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. + Document services and maintain compliance with professional standards. + Collaborate with educational teams to support student success. Minimum Requirements + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. + One (1) year of prior professional OT experience (preferred). + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age. Caseload & Details + Students: K–8, multiple buildings within a co-op. + Caseload: Approximately 900–1150 minutes per week. + Breaks: Unpaid. + Travel: Required between buildings.
