Location: Antioch, IL (schools discussed during call) Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:35 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)Start Date: ASAP – End of School Year 2026Caseload: 36 elementary students (K–8th grade), floating between two schools
?? Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support elementary-aged students. The OT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct therapy services, and documenting progress in accordance with each student’s plan of care.
?? Responsibilities
+ Perform student evaluations and assessments.
+ Develop and implement therapy services tailored to student needs.
+ Provide direct therapy sessions to students in grades K–8.
+ Document services and maintain compliance with professional standards.
+ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
+ Float between Hillcrest and WC Petty Elementary Schools to manage caseload.
? Minimum Requirements
+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois.
+ One (1) year of prior professional OT experience preferred.
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Modality: In-person Occupational Therapist (IL licensure required).
+ Caseload: 36 students, elementary level (K–8).
+ Assignment Length: ASAP through End of School Year 2026.
+ Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:35 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
