Christiana Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide Occupational Therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or illness.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs comprehensive patient evaluation to determine need for skilled occupational therapy services

Develops and implements appropriate treatment programs which include patient and family specific goals

Provides patient and family education and training

Completes all documentation related to patient care accurately and timely

Demonstrates awareness of Patient and Family Centered Care principles and incorporates into all patient and family interactions

Education and experience requirements:

BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational TherapyLicensure or license eligibility in the State of Delaware as an Occupational TherapistCPR CertificationAOTA preferred
