Inpatient Occupational Therapist, PRN

From evaluation and treatment to discharge planning, you’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the hospital experience. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and teamwork.What You Will DoEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to support recovery and functional independence.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to hospital initiatives.Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What You Will NeedEducation: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.Licensure: Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana; CPR certification required.Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCommitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
