Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency). + Document accurately, completely, and timely. **What you will need:** + Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications + Bachelors Degree required + NYS OT license are required + Must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals. + Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential.
