**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
+ Collaborating with management, staff, and hourly employees to promote and support a safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of all employees through our Safety Management System (SMS).
+ Leading incident investigations, working closely with management and professionals to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
+ Analyzing data and information to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
+ Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that safety concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
+ Inspecting facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Training management and hourly employees on required company and regulatory training, ensuring that everyone is equipped to work safely.
+ Interacting with regulators during inspections, providing expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
+ Identifying hazardous workplace conditions and develop strategies to remove or mitigate risks.
+ Participating in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections and procedures, ensuring that the organization is compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Safety, or related field, plus two (2) years experience, or the overall equivalent.
+ Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related discipline and two (2) years of Safety & Health work experience, or the overall equivalent;
+ Experience working within a manufacturing environment;
+ Highly effective communication skills, written and verbal;
+ Computer skills to work proficiently in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related industry software applications;
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
