Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours - 'Loves Park' clinic M: 8a-5p, W: 8a-5p, F: 1p-5p. 'Rock Cut' clinic T: 8a-5p, Th: 8a-5p, F: 8a-11:30a. You will work at the Woodward Occupational Health Center in Loves Park, IL.

QualificationsGraduate from an approved school of nursing program. RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. RequiredWork Experience Licenses & CertificationsCurrent RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. RequiredBi-annual BLS certification. RequiredCertified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required.
